This month speaks to our urge to UNDERSTAND WHAT WE HAVE LEARNED over recent times as we also CONTEMPLATE THE NECESSARY CHANGES that we are beginning to realize we need to make.

What is Mindful Tarot?

Mind means ‘Awareness’; Mindfulness means ‘Full Awareness’; Full Awareness means Awareness without ‘Attachment’- or ‘Recognition of the True Nature of our individual experiences’. This all means that you must OBSERVE YOUR RESPONSES to what you hear and experience throughout your reading. Your responses are the key to unlocking your Perception, understanding your Attachments and allowing you to increase your Awareness of Mind and of Self.
