Florentine Cookies

A simple and easy cookie to make for any occasions. Crispy, crunchy and delicious with a nutty flavour. It is so addictive that you can’t stop just for one.

Ingredients
Almond Flakes - 100gm
Pumpkin Seeds - 110gm
Sunflower Seeds - 50gm
Black sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
White sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt - pinch (optional)
Florentine Powder - 150gm ( from bakery supplies-Phoon Huat)

Preheat Oven: 160°C
Baking Temperature: 160°C center rack
Baking Time:- +/-20 minutes or until golden brown
Baking cups size: 38 x 28 mm
