Today’s world offers many enticing distractions, but we can consciously choose to focus on the things that will bring us the greatest fulfillment. When we simplify life and make regular time for meditation, it helps us cultivate inner peace and engage more meaningfully with our responsibilities — and we can experience the great happiness that comes from living in attunement with the Divine.

This talk, which includes a period of meditation, was given at the SRF Temple in Encinitas, California, in April 2024.
