I've made this long-winded and potentially boring video because it's cold and wet outside and I can't fly at the moment!

Seriously though - this is a video I wanted to make to illustrate some different types of harness I happen to own. I think they all have advantages and disadvantages and hopefully you'll glean some things from my rambling, including the importance of not hanging too high above the bar.
