How To Make $1 Paint Good

Went for some simple color place black, white, and grey primer. Then added a little better rusto into the mix. Overall painting on ice was real fun for the rusto. Slowed things down, but definitely required some graffiti caps to keep the paint from spitting. Color place was way too thin to really get much from the cold test, but letting out some propellent made a huge difference!
