Laws of boolean algebra in digital electronics is very important for circuit reduction and equation simplification. there are varieties of laws of boolean algebra explained in this video. different law explained in this video are Identity law in boolean algebra, Idempotent law in boolean algebra, Dominance law in boolean algebra, Involution Law in boolean algebra, Double Negation Law in boolean algebra, Negation law in boolean algebra, complement law in boolean algebra, Commutative law in boolean algebra, associative law in boolean algebra, distribution law in boolean algebra, absorption law in boolean algebra. the initial section of the video show list of different law of boolean algebra. the next video in the section is identity law in boolean algebra. first the definition and then the importance of identity law is explained. after that the entire identity law is explained with two example. there are two identity law explained in this video. the next section in this video is idempotent law of boolean algebra. there are two idempotent law. both the idempotent law explained with logic gate circuit diagram. the explanation contains definition of idempotent law and the use of idempotent law. the next law explained is Dominance law in boolean algebra. the first part explains the definition of dominance law and then the next part explains dominance law with logic gate. once this section is clear then the next section is Involution Law in boolean algebra or Double Negation Law in boolean algebra. this is very simple to understand. the explanation of the law is did with logic gate circuit diagram. the next section of the video is Negation law in boolean algebra or complement law in boolean algebra. the explanation of the negation law is done using truth table and logic gate. the expression is converted in to logical expression and then explained using different examples. you can call this law as complement law in boolean algebra also. the next important law is Commutative law in boolean algebra. first of all the circuit diagram or logic circuit diagram is prepared for LHS and then another circuit diagram is prepared for the RHS. then after the output of both the circuit is taken and compared. two example is take to compare the output of both the circuit and the result is same. this proves the Commutative law in boolean algebra. the next and the final law is associative law in boolean algebra. the entire explanation of associative law is divided in to two parts. In part 1 the derivation of associative law is explained and in the next part same logic is explained through logic circuit explanation. there are two associative law and the both the law is explained using same method.
