Sun City Festival ranks among the best 55+ Retirement communities in Phoenix with the likes of Pebblecreek, Sun City West, The Grand and so many others.

While it is a great community located in Buckeye, Arizona about 45 minutes outside of Phoenix, there are some major downsides to the community as well. These don’t get talked about enough, so today I will be covering both the Good AND the Bad about living in Sun City Festival.
