An traditional and unique deep fried sweet recipe made with wheat flour and sugar. It belongs to bihari cuisine and in bihar it is served as a evening snack similar to biscuits or cookies. it is also used as prasad and served to gods especially during the chhath puja and served in the feast. Each state of india has its own unique traditional recipes which has been carried by generations. some recipes are either savoury, dessert recipes or it could be a morning breakfast. one such easy and simple sweet snack recipe known as thekua recipe or khajur recipe made with wheat flour.

Ingredients With Perfect Measurements :-

Aata - 250 Gram
Flour - 125 Gram
Sooji - 40 Gram
Sugar - 150 Gram
Dry Coconut - 100 Gram
Ilaichi Powder - 1 Tsp
White Til - 2 Tbsp
Sauf - 1.5 Tbsp

आटा - 250 ग्राम
मैदा - 125 ग्राम
सूजी - 40 ग्राम
चीनी - 150 ग्राम
सूखा नारियल - 100 ग्राम
इलाइची पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
सफेद तिल - 2 चम्मच
सौफ - 1.5 चम्मच
