Compiz 3D Desktop Cube how to (Linux Mint)

How to activate and configure Compiz on Linux Mint 21.1 Xfce & Mate desktop environments (not Cinnamon). Compiz is preinstalled on Linux Mint Xfce & Mate systems, turn it on and follow along for awesome 3D desktop effects. The desktop cube, expo, animations, 3D windows and more.Timestamps Below.

Linux Mint 21.1 Xfce was still in Beta at the time of filming however the settings should be the same for the production/stable release version. Mate desktop is slightly different to activate but the settings are the same. On other distros with Compiz the settings if present should have the same effect.
