Fish 1 kg
Mustard oil as required
Tomatoes 600 gram for 1 kg fish
Garlic half cup ,ginger 2 pieces small
Spices...few cloves ,few black pepper seeds, 3 black cardamoms, 1 cinnamon stick ,cumin seeds half table spoon, Cockscomb powder 2table spoons, red chilli powder 2table spoons, fennel powder 1table spoon, coriander powder 1table spoon, salt as per taste
Water 1 and a half glass
Turmeric 1 table spoon for marination
