Here's the detailed carnatic music tutorial in repetition mode for Saralivarisai/ Saraliswaras in Ragam Kalyani.
Beginners are usually taught saralivarisai in Mayamalavagowla ragam. In order to understand the swarasthanas its very important to sing basic carnatic vocal exercises in different ragas. This will help prepare for alapana and swarakalpana in advanced level. The raga chosen here is Kalyani. I have divided the varisais into 3 parts. Here is part 1 swaras 1-3.
In order to get command on speed and understand Laya/rhythm I have up added Metronome and provided 4 speeds instead of 3. This will ensure singing fast phrases.
