Day 1 included dinner and wine at Le Purgatoire in the Alsatian capital, Strasbourg. Classic #Riesling and #Gewürztraminer to whet the palate for Day 2.⁠

Day 2 took our adventurer south from Strasbourg to Colmar, stopping at biodynamic family-owned winery Domaine Mann and mulled wine at the Colmar Christmas Market. The day concluded with an incredible dinner and wine at Restaurant Julien Binz.⁠

Day 3 started with an Uber from Colmar to Ribeauville (please drink responsibly), and a first stop at Maison Zeyssolff for an immersive cellar tour and tasting 🧑‍🍳⁠

There’s no shortage of great wine and food, with dinner at Wistub Zum Pfifferhüs—a typically characteristic and enchanting winstub with homemade country fare—perfect for classic Alsatian wines.⁠
