Alter Bridge - Cry of Achilles Guitar Cover

This is a cover of the opening track 'Cry of Achilles' off the album 'Fortress' by one of my favourite bands 'Alter Bridge'. In this video I cover all parts of the guitars (Myles Kennedy & Mark Tremonti) played on the Cry of Achilles song. Be sure to check out the two solos at the end!

Making this project was a monumental effort, from the initial recording process all the way through to the filming and editing.

GEAR USED:

Electric Guitar - PRS SE Singlecut
Acoustic Guitar - Cort (can't remember the model sorry)

Recorded using Pro Tools Express on a Fast Track Duo.

The electric guitar was recorded straight into Pro Tools using Eleven Free and Amplitude (All parts are double tracked). The acoustic guitar was recorded using a Rode NT1-A Condenser Microphone.

The project was filmed using two cameras:

- Panasonic HC-V110
- GoPro HERO4

Finally the project was edited with Sony Vegas Pro 13.
