A seventeen year old first year student of Jadavpur University was ragged to death in August 2023. The incident had exposed the dark underbelly of the prestigious university. Yet, more than a year down the line and specially at the backdrop of RG Kar horror, we expose the shocking truth. Another incident of assault and alleged ragging has happened inside the campus, a first year student was beaten up for daring to stand up against open consumption of alcohol inside the university campus.
