Turn HD on (the small gear in lower right corner of video) - makes a huge difference. Great Paradise is a resettled community in Newfoundland. This footage was shot over a weekend in August 2014 and is set to "Pad's Song", a tune written by Pat Byrne about his father who was a fisherman in Great Paradise. The song is sung by Matthew Byrne with his band The Dardanelles (from their album The Eastern Light - go get the album). Filmed on a GoPro, and edited in iMovie.
