While taking the train down to Belmar, I noticed while crossing the Shark River Drawbridge that the Ocean Avenue drawbridge was raised. I figured that there must be some boat traffic heading into the river, so I hightailed it over to the Main Street/Route 71 drawbridge. I made it with time to spare, and at 2:30, the traffic lights started to change. There were a lot of boats that had to come through, so the bridge was opened for nearly 10 minutes.
