More than 3,000 boxes managed by a miniload - Interlake Mecalux

Описание к видео More than 3,000 boxes managed by a miniload - Interlake Mecalux

The automated warehouse for boxes located on the Secom premises has a capacity for more than 3,000 boxes. A single-depth miniload stacker crane is responsible for collecting, transferring, sorting and placing each box in its location, optimising routes. This is all done in accordance with the instructions it receives from the computer management system, which Mecalux developed and configured.

Secom, a company dedicated to the assembly of electrical components and lighting fixtures, is committed to cutting-edge technology. They set out two clear objectives in the development of their installation: cater to the organisation of finished products and the supply of components to the production line. Mecalux did exactly this by streamlining stock management and the warehouse in general, and drastically reducing order preparation errors.

For more than 50 years we have been optimising storage facilities. Our experts can help: http://www.interlakemecalux.com/autom...
