What do you say to clients who are extremely sweet to wait for you? Yes, Indushri’s mom Ms.Usha found us online and got in touch with us for her daughter’s wedding in Karaikudi. At the time she contacted us, we were held up with current events and unfortunately had to make her wait for designs/quotations from us for almost two weeks. But she was sweet enough to wait for us and was fixated on us as her wedding planner. We are indeed honoured by her sweet gesture. All the designing and planning was done and our team left to Karaikudi the day before the wedding to execute our design and plan into a dreamy reality, so much so that Indushri and her Ms.Usha were elated at our work and could not hold back their excitement. Once back to Chennai, we began weaving together designs for our next project just then we received a call again from Indushri’s mom stating that we and ONLY WE have to design their reception as well in Mumbai. We were so so thrilled, because….come on! Mumbai is known for its plush weddings but our client wanted us all the way from Chennai to design their event. Now, isn’t that what customer satisfaction is? And that is exactly how we work on each and every wedding we undertake.
