Endangered Snakes In Ontario!! | Can I Find A Queen Snake??

Queen snakes are beautiful little snakes found in clear, rocky rivers and streams across a lot of eastern North America. Overall their numbers are good, but pollution and loss of habitat are limiting their numbers. In many areas of their range they are not doing great. In Ontario, where I live, they are critically endangered with less than 10,000 specimens left in a handful of small pockets.

Today, we're exploring a creek in SW Ontario that I have fished several times before and have found these elusive little snakes in the past. Will I be lucky enough to catch a queen snake again on camera? Let's find out!
