To The Regionals Episode 2: Sydney to Dubbo

Welcome to a Rail Town Productions film, in this film we are featuring: To The Regionals Episode 2. In this we travel on board CLK427 (WT27), the Sydney to Dubbo (Central West) XPT service. It departed Sydney at 07:19hrs (bang on time), and amazingly arrived into Dubbo early! The train involved was an XPT. The XPT trains were introduced into service in 1982 and are expecting to run until at least 2025. Then was a coach transfer to Broken Hill where the episode ends as we leave Dubbo.

Notes: Unlike other towns that have both regional rail and coach. Stuart Town only has regional rail and is under as “Stuart Town”. When booking to go to Broken Hill via coach. You have to book for “Broken Hill Town” as “Broken Hill” lead you to booking a seat on the currently (time of publication) weekly Xplorer service.
