Apologies for including Rory Stewart and Alistair Campbell's podcast in the background... and for a few minutes of unfocused, un-framed video at one point.

This is only a partial video - showing a couple of stages of the work I did on Bob's Steinberger Spirit headless guitar. After seeing the work I'd done on Lawrence's Hohner G3, Bob asked if I could do similar with his Steinberger. He wanted the old bridge removed, cavity filled in and the same inexpensive Chinese headless bridge fitting for a reliable, stable-tuning hard-tail. This video shows me stripping down the Steinberger to its constituent parts, followed by dismantling and greasing the parts of the new bridge and then locating and fitting the bridge. Next I show some of the set up process but that's where this video ends. I don't show the HOURS of scraping and sanding to get the guitar down to plain wood, the TruOiling and finishing process or the refitting of the pickups and re-wiring. In this case one of the original components was giving trouble so I ended up replacing them with better quality parts and re-wiring from scratch. This is often a much simpler solution than trying to locate the source of the problem in an old, cheap wiring loom.
