Consent_required Part 1: Administrative Consent | Developer Education

JWT Grant authentication requires an out-of-band consent process. In this video, Larry discusses how to use administrative consent for your JWT applications.

To use administrative consent, the “Access Management with SSO” feature is required. For testing and development, it can be added to your demo developer account. Request the feature by submitting a case via: https://bit.ly/3hme2cP

If you have a production account, start by logging in with your production email/password (even if you don’t have a support contract). Then submit a case and be sure to include your developer (demo) account id. To add the feature to your production account, contact your DocuSign Account Manager.
