Fried Festival Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Refined Cornmeal
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
2 1/2 Tbsp Butter
1 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 tsp Grated Nutmeg

METHOD
1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl
2) Mix until dough is hydrated
3) Cover and rest 10 minutes
4) Use palms to form golf ball (or slightly smaller) size pieces of dough into oblong shapes
5) Rest festivals for another 5 minutes while you place a heavy bottom pan on medium low heat without enough oil for a deep fry.
6) Fry Until golden brown and light (Monitor heat levels so they dont burn or soak up oil)
7) Eat all of them before the last ones are done frying!
