He worth talking about – Jens Dalsgaard. 31-year-old Jens Dalsgaard caught his fame on the Internet due to his impressive appearance. The height of the Dane is 1.77 meters, chest circumference – 1.42 meters, and arms – 55 centimeters. And, like a beast from a fairy tale, Jens has his own Belle – a great friend Frederick. His childhood wasn`t very happy. As almost every popular character he had to solve difficult life problems from the very beginning, at the age of 10. When he was 10 years old, his mother was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Which tied poor woman to a wheelchair for the rest of her life. At the age of 24, his beloved mother passed away. Devastated by the death of the closest person, he lost control of his life and contacted local gangs. A few months later, he was sentenced to four years in prison. IG: jensthebeast1 Jens explains: “I lost myself and ended up in prison. But while being there, I was offered a cognitive-behavioral therapy. The therapy changed my life and my thoughts. It made me better in all aspects. That`s why now I want to help others to become stronger, healthier and more balanced. ” After the prison he started his career in bodybuilding. “I started to lift weight when I was 18 years old, but it was not something serious. Only in 2013 I discovered the true potential of bodybuilding and nutrition. ”
