Summary of Steps:
Launch AE and import footage
Go to Effects & Presets and add Double Click Mocha under Effect Controls
Using X-Spline Layer tool, select your Tracking Area
Under Layer Option, include Perspective and start tracking
Re-adjust selection area if needed
User Planer grid to check accuracy of Tracking Data
Save Mocha Project and Close Mocha Interface
Now back in AE window, add your image to timeline,
copy anchor point of tracked layer and paster over image you want to display in tracking area
Follow rest other instructions in video.
