India has 444 Million Students in the age bracket of 0 to 18 Years. That's 40 Crore Students who will graduate and need jobs in the next 15 to 20 Years.

On the other hand, there are 45000 Colleges and Institutions In India from which close to 1 - 1.5 Crore students graduate every single year.

But, less than half of these students are actually employable. And only a very small percentage get a high paying job. For India to develop into a large economy, we need to make sure the students get the right training and education.

The current college system has failed an entire generation where things that are taught are irrelevant in the market. The incentives are not aligned as there's enough demand for colleges to fill up the seats and charge high fees to the students without worrying about their employment post graduation.

But, what if you could have a college that doesn't charge upfront and only ask for a fee after a student gets placed. This model of Education is called Income Share Agreement or Outcome Driven Education.
