Deep Fried Coca-Cola! (Don't forget the Cherry on Top!)

Important!... Even though the temp on the Cook-top was set
at 275 the oil still heated to 350 degrees. (I don't know why!)

Recipe!
In a bowl mix 1 & 1/2 cups of Coke, 2 eggs beaten, 1/4 cup of sugar. Whisk together well until sugar is dissolved. Then add
1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. baking powder, and 3 cups of all-propose flour.
Mix until batter is thick and smooth.

With a melon scoop (or a teaspoon) dip small amounts of
batter into 350 degree oil. Cook them like you would cook
donuts... until they are golden brown.

Once golden brown move them onto paper towels.
Cover with a powdered sugar / cinnamon mix.

Serve in a big tall glass then spray Cool Whip on top
and add a cherry!
