This Impressive Buzzard was waterlogged, covered in mud and exhausted when she was recovered on a muddy banking.
A very kind Veterinarian cleaned her up and helped to check her over for any injuries.
She was a little underweight but otherwise, physically fine.
We were informed where she was found and it is an area we know well and often see Buzzards there.
For 5 days, we looked after her and she was feeding well and soon put weight on and was very lively.
We fed her early in the morning on day 6 and after checking her over, we released her close to where she was found at Marton Mere Nature Reserve, Blackpool.
Within 5 minutes, her mate was calling to her. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
It was our priviledge and an absolute joy to see her reaquainted with her surroundings and her lifelong mate.
It could not have gone any better.
