Hey everyone! Today we're taking an in depth look at my Ernie Ball Music Man Big Al 5. These are very interesting basses that are a weird cross between classic and modern. Featuring a four band preamp, a passive tone control (only when preamp bypassed), and four push buttons to engage a variety of pickup modes plus a preamp bypass, the Big Al is quite the complex instrument!
