Rainbow inside mini skull cakes recipe

So excited to share these rainbow surprise inside mini Bundt cakes that are in the form of skulls. I wanted to create something more whimsical than scary so this bubblegum skull idea was born! For this project I share a Bundt recipe, how I create a rainbow surprise inside using a (Nordic Ware mini skull cakelet pan 5 cup) Nordicware mold and how I add the “bubblegum”. #minibundt #bundtcake #surpriseinside ‪@NordicWareusa‬

✨ BUNDT CAKES
• ½ C room temperature butter
• 1 ½ C sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 TBS extract
• 1 ½ C All-purpose flour
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2/3 C sour cream

✨ GLAZE
• 6 TBS meringue powder
• 1/2 C room temperature water
• 8 C powdered sugar
• 1/2 C hot water
