In this video, I'm updating you on what is going on with the SBA 8(a) bona fide place of business requirement for 8A construction contracts. We've had several changes in the last couple years especially with the SBA putting a moratorium on the requirement because of the pandemic. that moratorium is going away on September 30th, 2023; so it is critical to understand what that means for 8(a) construction. A talk about what it means to be a bona fide place of business and how the SBA defines that, I also talk about how they define the area that is covered by a bona fide place of business.
