2 lb lamb and goat together
Add 1 1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp green seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
Pressure meat until tender

Ingredients for squash
1 onion finely chopped
1 giant green onion finely chopped
6 cloves of garlic finely chopped
12 stems fine thyme
3 stems of Oregano
2 small hot peppers
3 tomatoes
2 head cilantro finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
