For timeline context, Shauna joined HOME Method in January of 2023 after being a long-time podcast listener. At the time, she was needing to make some critical decisions in her designer and builder selection and get her project officially started. She signed her building contract in May 2024, commenced construction in July 2024, and was in her finished home by April 2025. Shauna and I recorded this conversation in June, 2025, so she’s had a couple of months of enjoying the results of her incredible project journey!
