Homemaking day in the life | DIY laundry soap, baking from scratch, & cloth diapering

I guess you could say nesting has kicked in! This week I'm making a big batch of homemade laundry soap using liquid castile which is just a bit more expensive than grating up castile bar soap but SO easy and works great in HE machines and for all of our dirty clothes. I'm also making some sourdough cookies inspired by my daughter's newfound love for toffee, and sharing some old recipes from my blog that have never made it to YouTube.
