How do you find what is your kids passion.
Maximum people those who are working in 9-5 job are not happy with what they doing for living.
The reason behind this is we never tried to find our passion. We just went with the flow.

However if we don't want to commit same mistake in case of our kids then what should we do?

It is the statistical data which says one can not find his passion unless he tried multiple things.

If your child is just of 5+ age, congratulations you have too much of time. Just expose them to multiple niches. Let him fail. Eventually they will find their passion. There is no other way to find passion but trying and failing at multiple things.

A simple trick might be to tell them success stories every night.
A story of Narayan Murthi might create their interest in coding.
A story of APJ kalam might create their interest in Science
A story of hima das can inspire them to pursue in Athletics

If there are 10 engineers in family eventually kids get inclined towards engineering. If this is so effective then why can't we take our kids to the successful persons from all the field. It will give them more broader aspect to think various choices.
