Strawberry Jam using pomonas pectin: https://pomonapectin.com/strawberry-jam/

Pound cake: https://www.onceuponachef.com/recipes...

Fruit compote:
16 oz fruit of choice (fresh or frozen)
1/2 granulated sugar of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla (or almond extract)
lemon or orange zest to taste (optional)

Gluten Free pie crust
2.5 cups gluten free flour
1 cup cubed butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking powder
dollop of sour cream
6 tbsp cold water(just until it starts to come together)

Regular Pie crust
2.5 cups AP Flour
1 cup cubed butter
1/2 tsp salt
6-8 tbsp cold water

Pie filling
3 cups strawberry (5-6 cups fruit of choice)
2 cups rhubarb
1.5 cups sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch

Bake in pie crust at 400 for 35-45 minutes

Rhubarb Dream Bars
Shortbread crust:
2 cups ap flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter

crumb together and press into a 9x13
bake 325 for 15 minutes

Filling:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup ap flour
1 tsp salt
4 cups sliced fruit of choice
pinch of cinnamon

Bake at 325 for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
