Introduction to Surgical Research (and SET entry)

Surgery is not a place of bare minimum. Never settle for what's "good enough" and always try and be better.

Even when it comes to SET CV requirements, don't just settle for the bare minimum requirements, always shoot higher because people will appreciate that. Interviewers talk, and they will know you and would have seen you before, and if you excel in your everyday practice, then you will excel in your interview and BEYOND.

Learn to be a physician first then become a surgeon.
And remember, sometimes wrong but NEVER in doubt.
