Livetopia is a city-state that was constructed and founded on May 1892 as a metropolis, by Century Makers. It is incredibly new, newer than Polycity. However, a lot of people live there compared to Polycity. The state population reached one billion as of November 14th, 2021. The downtown area has 75,967 people. 1,952,812 people call it their favorite city. 504,000 people like the state, but 50,000 dislike the state. Livetopia has been called "Lovetopia" or "Topia" by the governors. Despite the nickname, Livetopia's date rate is declining. The state is more beautiful than Brookhaven, which has led to conflicts in the past and a conspiracy theory that Livetopian architecture is based on Brookhaven architecture. (the conspiracy theory used to be mostly true before it gradually became false ).

Livetopia is near a volcano, which contains a cave system. There is a peaceful forest surrounding Livetopia that has an unnamed hill. On October 26, 2021, an expedition to this forest revealed that the forest was darker and less serene than it was earlier. On November 5, 2021, the serenity of the forest was restored to its former serenity and its darkness has being purged following its annexation to Livetopia. Camp Crescent borders this forest.

Livetopia on November 12, 2021 will now give 100,000 ROBUX to Robloxians in honor of their population reaching one billion.
