Making a graph on Google Docs means inserting a visual chart, such as a bar, line, column, or pie chart, into your document to represent data clearly and visually.

This is done by linking a Google Sheets chart or creating one directly within Docs using the Insert - Chart option.

Graphs help simplify complex data, making it easier to understand and interpret information at a glance.

By adding a graph in Google Docs, you can visually support your points, enhance reports, presentations, and assignments, and make your document more professional and engaging.

🔶STEPS🔶
To make a graph on Google Docs,
1. Open the Google Docs app on your computer web browser.
2. Create a new document or open an existing one to add the graph.
3. Look at the top menu bar and click on Insert.
4. From the dropdown, hover your mouse over the Chart option.
5. Select the type of graph you want to add.
6. Choose either Bar, Column, Line, or Pie.
7. Once the default graph is added, click on the chart to select and edit the data.

You can edit text, color, and more from the graph.

You will see a Linked Chart options icon at the top-right corner.

Click on the three dots icon next to it and select Open Source to open the linked Google Sheet.
