The BeachBody is a connected fitness company. The BeachBody will merge with the SPAC that's trading as the FRX stock. In this video we'll look at the pro forma valuation of The BeachBody, which will be acquired by a SPAC trading as the FRX stock. Then we'll check out what the fair valuation of The BeachBody is according to the FRX SPAC and The BeachBody themselves.

And finally we'll calculate the fair market cap and price per share of the FRX stock, or basically, of The BeachBody after it has been acquired by the FRX SPAC.

Keep in mind the video is just based on numbers from the investor presentation. The numbers are not a representation of my own opinions.
