This is my favorite campground at Custer State Park. It is very close to the famous Wildlife Loop, multiple lakes and offers plenty of shade. I love the convenience of the cabins (no tent setup) and the protection they offer in case of bad weather.
There is only one real tip for this video: BOOK EARLY!
Cabins and campsites fill quickly for the summer months at Custer State Park, especially for holiday weekends. It is possible to book a year in advance. This location also offers RV campsites.
