This is my personal opinion about Botox, informed by my work as an Acupuncturist and TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) Practitioner. If you use and love your Botox bc it resolves pain or erases your wrinkles I respect your choice. I’ll just add that TCM tools like Acupuncture are also options for your care if our principles resonate.

You also don’t have to choose one or the other. You can use both to get the best of both worlds!
