The OPTICHECK is an essential tool for ensuring that your installed instruments are performing to specification. When you connect the tool in-line on site, it gathers measuring data to ensure that for example the electromagnetic flowmeter is performing within ±1%* of the factory calibration. The baseline can be historic repair data from the factory or on-site test results after performing

OPTICHECK is available in different versions. We have the right solution for your application, designed to work with the existing infrastructure and to provide the required diagnostic coverage. OPTICHECK Master is for use on-site: it can be plugged in directly between the sensor and the converter. OPTICHECK Master allows for traceable measurements and can autonomously and independently verify the proper function of sensor and converter.
Where your control system supports FDT/DTM, or where you can install our free of charge PACTware, you can use OPTICHECK DTM. OPTICHECK DTM allows for the verification of your instruments directly from the comfort of the control room.
With OPTICHECK Mobile we also offer mobile apps for your smartphone or tablet. OPTICHECK Mobile uses Bluetooth to wirelessly connect to the field instrument from a safe distance. OPTICHECK Mobile also supports commissioning and provides quick diagnostics on selected instruments.
OPTICHECK DTM and OPTICHECK Mobile rely on the powerful diagnostic functions, which we have built right into our instruments. The resulting diagnostic coverage is optimal for most applications.
In safety applications, OPTICHECK allows for partial proof tests that help to significantly extend the interval until the next full proof test.
For remote installations, OPTICHECK Remote uses the cellular network to autonomously transmit measurements and diagnostics to a server-based portal. These can then be displayed and accessed at any location in the world. OPTICHECK simplifies the documentation of the verifications carried out. All verification reports can be added to your digital records.
