When working to relieve stress or pain in your life, you can use this simple hand tool to guide you with boundaries and awareness around
#1 Thumb: Mindful breathing & meditation in place of medication.
#2 Pointer Finger: Pancreas and Digestion, anything that involves drinking or eating triggering digestive juices or insulin responses.
#3 The 2nd Finger aka the FU finger: reflecting lack of SLEEP and the lack of rebooting during the body's resting phase to allow the healing processes and detoxifications that need to take place; creating nighttime routines that encourage brain wellness.
#4 The RING finger or Relationship Finger: this includes relationships to food as well as relationships to $$, family, friends, colleagues, and especially yourself.
#5 The Pinkie or little finger: This finger signifies your daily activity or movement to encourage adequate blood pressures and lymphatic flow to allow proper detoxifications of impurities, without extremes.

The Hand tool for Boundaries:
No is a very powerful word. Use it wisely and practice saying it. No does not mean you don't love someone or are not interested. It might be that at this time I am unavailable and need to tend to myself or other matters that need to be addressed.
