In this installment of #MixologyMondays, I show you how I make a mimosa as the perfect brunch(or anytime) cocktail.

Recipe:
1oz of Grand Marnier
1/2oz to 1oz of Peach Schnapps
4oz of orange juice(I prefer Simply Orange)
4 to 6oz of your favorite chilled champagne or sparkling wine(I used Prosecco).

Directions:
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Grand Marnier, peach schnapps and orange juice. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Pour the shaker contents into a wine glass. Top the cocktail with the champagne or sparkling wine and enjoy!
