Federal Database: www.uspto.gov
Some companies such as TradeMark Express and Corsearch offer paid searches of registered and unregistered trademarks.

*File EIN number at: www.irs.gov

*Bookkeeping: GoDaddy: Bookkeeping Essentials (online service)... link coming soon

*Small Business Center in Your State: Do a google search on "small business development center" or "Department of Commerce" plus the name of your STATE
