2nd place this week. Basically a luck game once you have a pattern to consistently 1CC. If you down the 1st opponent & they get counted out on the 1st down, you earn about 1.5 million. I've seen it 4 times in my life out of hundreds if not thousands of tries over the years. I guess it's a 1/512 or 1/256 random chance as there seems to be nothing consistent to it

If the opponent stays down on the 2nd count you earn about 800,00 from the 1st match. With fast & consistent play downing your opponent 3 times for the guaranteed win, it's worth up to 600K or so. Much, much less the longer the round goes on for. The majority of your score is from the time bonus so playing fast & getting lucky is all you can do. Tip the odds in your favour as much as possible

My basic strat is just to weak jab the opponent to the corner & when you're as close as possible, do power punches to the ribs. It's consistent at putting them down & is also the way I've seen every 1st time KO. No luck for me but I did get the frankly just as rare 2nd time count out, so I earned some extra there. Later opponents are tougher but the same strat works well, so long as you use a weak jab after a break, as this will usually counter any big attack the opponent uses

For a game than can be cleared in about 4 minutes & has lottery scoring, it's still surprisingly fun as a stupid stress relief game.

EDIT - turns out the main score is based on remaining health more than time remaining. Similar principle where you want to win fast but it better explains the variance you can see between different plays with similar KO times
