This baked cauliflower tastes better than fried chicken. This is a crispy cauliflower that is made healthy. Hope you enjoy these crunchy munchies!

Ingredients used in this recipe:

For crunchy cauliflower:

1.2 kg of cauliflower
150 g panko breadcrumbs
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp dry mango powder (colour looks like sukku podi)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
50 g grated parmesan cheese
Salt + pepper
100 g of flour
3 eggs

For the dip:
--------------------
100g sour cream
100g greek yogurt (or) hung yogurt
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
