This classic vienna lager packs rich aromas of cereal, malt and honey. Taste balances soft sweetness from malt with a refreshing assertive bitterness, medium body, soft carbonation.

Brewery: Mikkeller, Denmark
Beer: Iskold Classic ABV 5.6%
Style: Vienna lager
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, yeast, hops.
Hop characteristics:
Simcoe: Bright citrus flavors with earthy undertones, aromas of grapefruit, pine and herbs. It has a pleasantly fruity, yet earthy herbal and piney aroma.
Spalter: Aroma hop. This hop produces herby aromas. The aroma of Spalter Select is easy to distinguish from either Hallertauer Mittelfrueh or Spalter-Spalt. It has some background spicy and herbal notes that are similar to these hops, but it also has a characteristic heavy, sweet, almost candy-like aroma that makes it instantly recognizable.
Saphir: Saphir is described as having a noble hop character. Mild and pleasant, it has spicy notes melding with tones of sweet fruit, like berry and light tangerine citrus; soft, but with distinct hoppy tang.
