E61 Shower Screens Lelit Stock vs IMS Competition Series

E61 Espresso Machine Shower screens💫

I have already tested IMS vs Lelit Mara X stock shower screens. Now, it is time to upgrade the Lelit Bianca V3 shower screen with E&B Lab IMS Competition series.

🔸️Per E&B Lab, competition shower screen is with NanoQuartz coating. The fine mesh causes a pressure drop, just before water touches the coffee. The pressure drop and flow are uniform and minimises channelling - allowing an even extraction and dryer puck.

🔸️It has 127 holes with Ø 2.4 mm and machining quality is high.

The water distribution is more uniform with a larger flow area (smaller droplets) compared to stock shower screen. It is a nice upgrade for Lelit owners with E61 grouphead. Please note that, stock shower screens are also good but there is always room for improvement.🤍

Note:
Nanotech coated accessories needs special care. It is recommended to clean with water (backflush without chemicals) and soft cloth only, not with chemicals as coating will be damaged.
